An exciting update about a new Emma.ai integration.
We’ve been very busy behind the scenes working to improve the overall experience of Emma.ai, taking on board any feedback we receive from current users. It’s really important to us that we listen to what our customers say, as we want them to enjoy using Emma.ai, and we want them to be working with the best possible version of it.
Our tech team have been addressing any reported bugs and glitches, and we believe that Emma.ai is now in its most stable state ever.
Most excitingly though, we’ve finalised one of the major integrations that we’ve been working on: Microsoft Outlook!
New integration: Emma.ai & Microsoft Outlook
It's been a long time coming and something we know many of you have been waiting for; we are so excited to share that Emma.ai can now be integrated with Microsoft Outlook!
Microsoft Outlook users can now sync the Emma.ai tool with their calendar, meaning they can access the full range of benefits Emma.ai has to offer.
Automatic Travel Time
Emma.ai is now able to schedule appointments directly into Microsoft Outlook calendars, whilst taking into account any travel time. Emma.ai calculates how long it should take to travel to and from meetings, and advises the most efficient form of transport to do so, based on your personal preferences. Once the total meeting time including travel has been calculated, Emma.ai can then block this time out in the Microsoft Outlook calendar to ensure you have all the time you need to arrive on time.
Emma.ai Meeting Pages & Microsoft Outlook
Emma.ai’s meeting pages can now communicate with Microsoft Outlook calendars, providing complete ease when organising meetings and arranging convenient times for all parties. Meeting pages allows people to book meetings with you directly, while Emma.ai automatically scans your diary for availability, whilst taking into account travel times, and then blocks out the appropriate meeting time in your Microsoft Outlook calendar.
Accurate Availability
Last but not least, Emma.ai is able to interpret the contents of Microsoft Outlook calendars so as to flag any potential clashes, and to ensure accuracy when organising meetings. This latest integration means that Microsoft Outlook calendar users can rest assured that their diary and availability is up-to-date and accurate across all platforms, removing the risk of double-booking or needing to rearrange appointments.
We want Emma.ai to be used and enjoyed by as many people as possible, so we’re really thrilled to be able to extend this to Microsoft Outlook users. We've been working really hard on making this happen and we can't wait for you to try it.
